Yes, for Web Creator and Presenter, paste the code (HTML and/or JavaScript) in the box opened by the Counter option of the Insert menu. For older versions, the trick is to enter the code (HTML only) in a text object.

• Find a Web site that supplies HTML code for displaying a Web counter.
  
• Copy the HTML code from the Web site.
  
• Create a text with the tool T on the Web Creator, Web Presenter, or Presenter toolbar.
  
• Copy the HTML code in the text windows and press OK.
  

The counter will be displayed when your Web site is transfered to your provider server.

Note: JavaScript counters do not work in older versions.
