Yes, in Web Creator 3 you can use the Menu element.

With Presenter 5 and Web Creator 2, the procedure is explained in the How to create menus section of both Help and the manual.

A quicker way is to use the Long site model, modify the text, and delete unused menus. Create the links, then copy and paste the entire menu and sub-menus to the other pages of your site.

This function is not available in the older versions of our products.
