• Delete extra blank spaces in your text.
  
• Do not adjust the text window too tightly around the text.
  
• If the text is still too long you can increase the length of the project and the page through: File > Project Properties for Web Creator 2 and Presenter 5. For older versions: File > Modify the publication. Adjust the height and do the same thing for the page.
  
• Alternate access to these menu options: right click on the page.
