• on the registration card
  

If you still can not find your key, submit a ticket with the following information:

• Batch number (The first four digits in the registration dialog box or in the Help > About... menu of your LMSOFT product.)
  
• First name
  
• Last name
  
• E-mail address
  
• Problem (Key lost or Key missing in package.)
