For Web Creator 4 & 5 users: 
- Check that you have the latest .NET Frameworks version installed and that it isn't corrupted
- For download versions: try downloading the installer again in case there was an error during the transfer that corrupted the installer
- For CD versions: register online with the link below and log on to the update center to get the latest update. Download and install the latest update BEFORE starting or activating Web Creator.

Web Creator 1,2,3 & Web Creator Pro 1,2,3 users, FTP Site Manager and Presenter Pro 5 users:

  1. For Windows 98:

    Install http://www.lmsoft.com/downloads/dcom98.exe

  2. If you have a 3DFX Voodoo graphic card:

    Install the latest driver at http://www.voodoofiles.com/type.asp?cat_id=1

  3. For Windows 98, ME, NT 4, 2000, and XP

    • Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 (if present)

    • Install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1: download from Microsoft's website (free)

    • To verify if Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 is installed, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Look for Microsoft .NET Framework. Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 should not be present.
